I’ve been meditating on the Word for the new year and I have a specific Word from God as we are about to enter into 2024. I want you to stand in agreement with me because I believe if you and I step out in faith together NOW, it will affect our entire year. Let’s prepare to receive a vision for 2024!
When God gives vision, the blessing He provides comes out of a root word for revelation. Vision is a mental picture of your future state, forceful enough to mold your present.
Proverbs 29:18 says, “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.” The word “perish” here means, “There are no boundaries or the people cast off restraint.” It means there is no direction or focus…
If you do not know where you are going, you will not know how to get there! You will live frustrated… this is my definition for ‘settling for less than your destiny,’ because you are wandering… That’s wilderness living.
And my friend, I will not allow you to go through that this upcoming year… 2024 is YOUR YEAR!
Let’s look at Genesis 11:27-32, “Terah became the father of Abram, Nahor and Haran. And Haran became the father of Lot… Terah took his son Abram, his grandson Lot son of Haran, and his daughter-in-law Sarai, the wife of his son Abram, and together they set out from Ur of the Chaldeans to go to Canaan. But when they came to Harran, they settled there. Terah lived 205 years, and he died in Harran.”
God told Terah, Abraham’s father, to go to Canaan, a land flowing with milk and honey. But he wasn’t obedient. He settles and he gets stuck in Harran until he dies at 205 years old…
Now let’s continue to Genesis 12— “The Lord had said to Abram, “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you. “I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” So Abram went, as the Lord had told him.” – Abram received VISION!
On his journey of obedience, The Lord said to Abram (Genesis 13), “Look around from where you are, to the north and south, to the east and west. All the land that you see I will give to you and your offspring forever. I will make your offspring like the dust of the earth, so that if anyone could count the dust, then your offspring could be counted. Go, walk through the length and breadth of the land, for I am giving it to you.” So Abram went to live near the great trees of Mamre at Hebron, where he pitched his tents. There he built an altar to the Lord.”
Abram again received VISION! The very first thing Abram does is he follows the vision in obedience. Then what does he do next? He builds an altar, prepares the place of sacrifice to God. Abram trusted the promises of God and moved in obedience – and you know the rest of the story of Abram, now called Abraham, The Father of our Faith… the blessing of Abraham. He starts giving immediately.
The Lord gives him a vision. He becomes very wealthy, he builds altars to God, creates the covenant of tithing. He grabs a hold of the vision, he follows in obedience and he lives a life and leaves a legacy of blessing because of his obedience. You must have “eyes to see” and “ears to hear” this!
Remember what I wrote, “Vision is a mental picture of your future state, forceful enough to mold or shape your present.” You might be in a situation right now, you might have a loved one in a certain situation right now- but understand by The Spirit of the Lord, some of the things that God is going to bring for you, for your life, they will not come unless you get a Vision from God. So as we prepare for the new year— What is blocking your vision?
The Vision is here! I have the tools for you. You must get a mental picture that is forceful enough to mold your present- or you will stay “stuck.” You don’t want to compromise and die in your Harran, to just settle… you want to follow God’s vision for your life and make it to your Canaan, a land flowing with milk and honey.
But you cannot know where you are going without a vision. Your situation will have to come into alignment with the vision of God. It will be forced into alignment —> God has a plan. I want you to right now say this to yourself out loud, “God has a plan for my life!”
There is a dream on the inside of you- and just like “our Father of the faith” Abraham, I want you to reach your faith up to God’s limitless ability. God’s vision for your life isn’t one of compromise and limits. What is the vision for your life? Are you ready to move up to find out from God and walk in abundant blessing and vision? There is so much more I have to go in-depth to show you… too much for just this email!
I feel strongly that The Spirit of God is saying to activate this faith that the Holy Spirit impresses upon those that “have an ear to hear”… I want you to gather a “Dream Seed” for 2024 immediately, just like Abraham- we must begin by building an altar to God and giving a sacrifice.
This is the ultimate investment- a supernatural activation for the new year… a Dream Seed for your 2024! I don’t know what that dream is on the inside of you, but I want you to match it with a Dream Seed that will activate by faith the supernatural vision that God has for you. Remember, if you walk out a level of faith that is limited, expect limited results. God is looking for someone who is willing to follow His instruction into their promised lands.

Let everything that has weighed you down and held you back be lifted and removed from your life for 2024… I declare wisdom over you, I declare discernment and clarity over you in this new year! God is about to “download” Vision to you like NEVER BEFORE in the name of Jesus because of your willingness to obey the instruction and the voice of The Lord- He is about to align everything with prophetic power in the name of Jesus. He is about to reposition you to enter your land flowing with milk and honey. I see it in the name of Jesus! I declare it over you now… This is for you. Amen.
