God wants to use these 3 women to change your life!
I believe God wants to deliver a supernatural revelation to you. God has something powerful, something that will change your life. The three women I have been ‘sent’ to talk about are Dorcas, Hannah and Ruth.
Let me ask you—
- How do we get restored when we feel burned out?
- How do we live a balanced life?
- Let’s go to the Word…
Acts 9:36-41, “In Joppa there was a disciple named Tabitha (in Greek her name is Dorcas); she was always doing good and helping the poor. About that time she became sick and died, and her body was washed and placed in an upstairs room…. When the disciples heard that Peter was in Lydda, they sent two men to him and urged him, “Please come at once!” Peter went with them… then he got down on his knees and prayed. Turning toward the dead woman, he said, “Tabitha, get up.” She opened her eyes, and seeing Peter she sat up. He took her by the hand and helped her to her feet. Then he presented her to them alive.”
I have a word to you— GET UP!
The Lord has known you and seen you, He has created you and destined you for a life of greatness before the foundations of the earth… He knows all your pains and struggles, your desires and He knows your heart. And I am here to tell you today He has something for you and your life will never be the same. GET UP! Arise…
Somewhere in your life the enemy set up an assignment for you to have a prolonged battle. Hannah went through years of issues wearing her down and wearing her out… so that she would become a bitter person. And bitterness is a strongman. It’s a spirit that releases rage, anger, wrath, murder, depression and more…
Remember the enemy comes, according to John 10:10, “to kill, steal and destroy.” The enemy desires to abolish the purpose of you, of Hannah, of me… But the devil is a liar, and God has sent me to deliver a way out for you! God has sent me to provide a word so you will not wake up angry, resentful, depressed, bitter. He has a purpose and a destiny for you!!
In 1 Samuel 1 Hannah had been barren and troubled for years. In verse 15 it says, “Hannah replied, “I am a woman who is deeply troubled… I was pouring out my soul to the Lord. Do not take your servant for a wicked woman; I have been praying here out of my great anguish and grief. Eli answered, “Go in peace, and may the God of Israel grant you what you have asked of him.”
Verse 19 continues, “Early the next morning they arose and worshiped before the Lord and then went back to their home… and the Lord remembered her. So in the course of time Hannah became pregnant and gave birth to a son. She named him Samuel, saying, “Because I asked the Lord for him.” I declare: The Lord will remember you!
Ruth is the 3rd woman that God has instructed me to show you. Ruth is basically a heathen woman that is going to be used in the lineage of Jesus Christ and to bring forth King David. What that shows us is that God doesn’t consult your past to determine your future!
Say that out loud right now, “God doesn’t consult my past to determine my future!”
For anyone who feels ‘disqualified’, for anyone who thought that ‘God can’t do anything great with me,’ Ruth came out of a cursed place, Moab. How can God use this ‘messed up past’ and bring something good out of it? It is called ‘His grace!’ God will use the most likely people… Ruth teaches us something powerful: Where YOU came from does NOT determine where YOU are going!
I have put together by The Holy Spirit some powerful tools to show you through these three Women of the Bible that God has you… that He has created a way to pull you up and pull you out- that you will prevail and you will succeed. He has a plan for you. You are not ‘disqualified’, you are designed by the Creator of the universe for greatness- because He created you!
