Paula White Ministries launches ‘Christmas for Chimney Rock’ event to benefit devastated community

CHIMNEY ROCK, N.C. The quaint little resort town of Chimney Rock, North Carolina was devastated by the raging flood waters of Hurricane Helene just two months ago; washing away bridges, roads, homes, businesses, inventory…and hope. Until now!

With nearly 35% of the community employed by small businesses, and no flood insurance to help recover, many families are unable to return to their homes or rebuild their lives.

Major faith organizations and other companies have come together to form a Coalition of Hope, along with hundreds of volunteers from across America, working tirelessly to rebuild the shops of Chimney Rock, but it can’t be done alone. We need the help of every available person to bring Christmas to Chimney Rock, and “Adopt a Shop!”

Immediately after the flood, these concerned organizations came together in a powerful display of unity to provide many tractor-trailers full of food, water, cleaning supplies, clothing, lumber and other necessities to the citizens of Chimney Rock and the surrounding communities, restoring hope in the wake of this devastation.

Paula White Ministries is inviting all to join this Christmas Celebration, on Saturday, December 14 from 10am – 4 pm ET on Main Street in Chimney Rock. Tours to see the rebuild and progress made will be available.
