Passover is all about the Blood of Jesus… Deliverance, Freedom, Protection and Resurrection Power are yours!
Shout for joy because Jesus Christ is Risen! And that enables us to “get up!” Whatever the enemy has sent against you, whatever he is trying to hold you back with, whatever limitation or bondage— it is going to be broken today in the name of Jesus Christ!
We are entering into one of the most exciting, life-changing, miracle-working seasons of the whole year – the Passover, Easter, and Resurrection Season! It is a special time for us that God designed as His own Holy Days with specific instructions given for their observance.
The upcoming holy season of Passover –is the first of God’s three biblically significant commanded feast seasons or celebrations instituted by God himself to eternally honor Him: Passover, Pentecost and Tabernacles. They are God’s Appointed Holy Days with specific instructions by Him for their observance as recorded in Deuteronomy 16:16:
“Three times a year all your males (and females) shall appear before the Lord your God in the place which He chooses: at the Feast of Unleavened Bread,(Passover) at the Feast of Weeks (Pentecost), and at the Feast of Tabernacles (Atonement); and THEY SHALL NOT APPEAR BEFORE THE LORD EMPTY-HANDED.”
Passover begins at sundown on April 5th! Why is this commanded appointment so important to us as Christians? Passover is a foundational pillar of our faith and a set time for celebration on God’s heavenly calendar for our release from the struggles and bondages of the past and the freedom that can only be found in Christ Jesus. Passover is a vital part of our faith story!
In Exodus 12:13 God declared: “Now the blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt.”
God told Moses in Exodus 12:24: “And you shall observe this thing as an ordinance forever!”
In Old Testament Hebrew, Passover literally means “protection,” and it comes from the specific instructions given by God to those marked with the blood of an innocent lamb. This, of course, was a foreshadowing of our Savior, the Lamb of God, who shed His sinless Blood on Calvary for you and I!
Just like the early Church of New Testament believers, it is vital to every aspect of our lives that we recognize that God’s commanded appointment with us is an opportunity to honor Him for everything He has done in our lives – to everything He has PROMISED to do when we respond to His command in faith and obedience. Passover is truly a CELEBRATION of WHO He is!
The eight days of Passover, established by God on the foundation of His Blood covenant with mankind, begins this year at sundown on April 5th, leading up to Good Friday April 7th, Easter Resurrection Sunday, April 9th, and concludes in the evening of Thursday, April 13th. What an opportunity to honor God for sending His Son, Jesus Christ to shed His redeeming Blood for you! Don’t miss this divine appointment!
It is only through the power of Jesus’ sacrificial Blood on the Cross that you and your family are able to receive salvation, healing, protection, deliverance, restoration, and supernatural victory The last words Jesus uttered on the cross were “It Is Finished!” Paid in full. Jesus was saying everything you will ever need has been provided by His sacrifice!
Leviticus 23:2 reveals just how important these feast seasons are to God: “concerning the feasts of the lord, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are MY feasts.” They are not to be taken lightly or ignored as ancient history. Each one is a set time when God wants to release very specific blessings into our lives that are only available this one time every year.
Everyone who enters into this holy celebration of Passover doesn’t come empty-handed, and when you honor God, He will release His blessings and overflowing.
Through the Blood of Jesus Christ this Passover season and your obedience to align yourself with the desires of God, YOU CAN RELEASE 7 SPECIFIC SUPERNATURAL BLESSINGS for your body, your family, your finances, and your future. As we read in Exodus 23, when you honor God during this Passover and Easter season, He will:
- Assign an angel to you. “Behold, I send an Angel before you…” (verse 20).
- Be an enemy to your enemies “I will be an enemy to your enemies…” (verse 22).
- Give you prosperity “So you shall serve the LORD, your God, and He will bless your bread and your water” (verse 25).
- Take sickness away from you “And I will take sickness away from the midst of you” (verse 25).
- Give you a long life “I will fulfill the number of your days” (verse 26).
- Bring increase and inheritance “… until you have increased, and you inherit the land” (verse 30).
- Give a special year of blessing (verse 29).
You position yourself to receive all seven blessings by obeying the two acts of sacrifice God commanded His people that first Passover… and commands US to do “FOREVER”.
FIRST, the children of Israel were instructed to put the blood of the sacrificial lamb on their doorposts. “When I see the blood, I will pass over you” (verse 13). The blood had to be applied for an angel of death to pass over their household. Today, we place the covering of the Blood of God’s Lamb over our households by faith to experience protection, provision and eternal and abundant life.
SECOND, God commanded His children to honor Him by bringing a PASSOVER OFFERING to the house of the Lord. In verse 15 of Exodus 23, God declared, “None shall appear before me empty-handed!”
These commanded feasts (divine appointments) are more than a ritual or a tradition. They are an ENCOUNTER, AN APPOINTMENT with the very FOUNDER of the FEASTS in our heart and being! Just read this powerful testimony:
