I wanted to share some of the stats from Feb 22 through Feb 28 of 2021 with you to keep you updated on what we are able to do for those in need in Apopka and Central FL.

Distributed over 4,156,357 pounds of food through City of Destiny
Provided 3,463,630 meals
*Provided food to 105,297 families served
Meals went to feed 422,452 family members served
Meals delivered door to door to 55+ communities and area senior citizens
For the week of February 22-28:
771,330 pounds of food distributed through City of Destiny Hubs
100 local church ministries resourced through the City of Destiny
642,775 meals provided*

77,696 family members served through City of Destiny
23,700 Farmers to Families Food Boxes distributed through City of Destiny
491,978 Farmers To Families Food Boxes distributed through City of Destiny to date
Community Organizations Resourced:
- Resourced 170 area churches with supplies to distribute to their communities
- Resourced local domestic violence shelter housing 43 families with food (Harbor House)
- Resourced local human traffic non-profit housing victims of HT with food (Lifeboat Project)
- Resourced human traffic safe house with furniture and household supplies (Lifeboat Project)
- Resourced faith-based employment organization (Christian Help)
- Resourced faith-based homeless feeding organization (Matthew’s Hope)
- Resourced local homeless shelter (Orlando Union Rescue Mission)
- Resourced local relief organization (Salvation Army)
Homelessness and Transitional Housing:
Distributed over $400,000 in new household items and furniture to families in need or transitioning from homelessness to permanent housing through World Vision and CityServe partnership
