Videographer & Video Editor
- Shoot high-quality footage for weekly television broadcasts, live streams, social media videos, multi-camera studio productions, and special events.
- Edit raw footage to produce polished and engaging videos that align with the ministry’s vision and message.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure consistency and quality across all video content.
- Manage equipment, including cameras, mics, and lighting, ensuring they are maintained and in good working condition.
- Provide creative input for video concepts, storyboarding, and final product.
- Operate live streaming equipment during broadcasts, ensuring smooth and professional presentations.
- Coordinate with other teams or departments for content alignment and scheduling.
- Backup, archive, and organize video assets systematically.
- Stay updated with latest video production techniques and software to enhance productivity and quality.
- Occasionally assist with other multimedia tasks, such as audio recording or graphic design, as needed.
- Occasionally travel to oversee production remotely
- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor; portfolio required.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Technical expertise in video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio.
- Strong storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate event recordings, live broadcasts, and other ministry activities.
