Videographer & Video Editor

Responsibilities:

  • Shoot high-quality footage for weekly television broadcasts, live streams, social media videos, multi-camera studio productions, and special events.
  • Edit raw footage to produce polished and engaging videos that align with the ministry’s vision and message.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure consistency and quality across all video content.
  • Manage equipment, including cameras, mics, and lighting, ensuring they are maintained and in good working condition.
  • Provide creative input for video concepts, storyboarding, and final product.
  • Operate live streaming equipment during broadcasts, ensuring smooth and professional presentations.
  • Coordinate with other teams or departments for content alignment and scheduling.
  • Backup, archive, and organize video assets systematically.
  • Stay updated with latest video production techniques and software to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Occasionally assist with other multimedia tasks, such as audio recording or graphic design, as needed.
  • Occasionally travel to oversee production remotely

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a videographer and video editor; portfolio required.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Technical expertise in video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio.
  • Strong storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate event recordings, live broadcasts, and other ministry activities.
  • Strong alignment with the mission and values of Paula White Ministries.

Pay Range (Determined by Experience): $17 – $23 per hour
