TV Producer

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the pre-production process, including content conceptualization, scriptwriting, teleprompter preparations, and other preliminary tasks to ensure a seamless broadcast execution.
  • Oversee and manage the production of the weekly television broadcast, ensuring high-quality content and delivery.
  • Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of live streams, multi-camera studio productions, and special events.
  • Collaborate closely with the videography, editing, and other production teams to align vision and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Manage production budgets, ensuring the best use of resources while maintaining quality.
  • Coordinate with talent, guests, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth production schedules.
  • Supervise the post-production process to guarantee that the final product aligns with the ministry’s objectives and standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the ministry’s productions relevant and competitive.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the production process swiftly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and broadcasting entities.
  • Ensure compliance with broadcasting regulations, copyright laws, and other relevant industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a TV/video/streaming producer or similar role; portfolio or showreel required.
  • Strong understanding of the television production process, from pre-production to post-production.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical proficiency in TV production equipment and software.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Deep alignment with the mission and values of Paula White Ministries.
  • Ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to the table.

Salary Range (Determined by Experience): $32,000 – $60,000 per year or higher for executive level candidates.
