Mission

Jesus commanded us in Matthew 28:19–20 to go and make disciples of all nations. At Paula White Ministries, our mission is to share the gospel worldwide and lead people into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We are a global ministry in both vision and reach, using television, online media, radio, literature, churches, and public events to spread God’s Word. In addition to our evangelistic efforts, we provide extensive humanitarian aid—distributing millions in food, furniture, and supplies to families in need, supporting shelters and recovery programs, and responding to disasters at home and abroad.

Foundational Beliefs

Empowered by Faith, Committed to Purpose

Heavenly FatherHeavenly Father

God the Father is the creator and sustainer of all things. He is the source of the Godhead and is known for His love, holiness, and sovereignty. “Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For on him God the Father has placed his seal of approval” (John 6:27, NIV).

JesusJesus

Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God—fully God and fully man—was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, overcame every temptation, and willingly laid down His life on the cross. His death wasn’t just a temporary atonement—it was the final, complete, and victorious reconciliation of mankind to God. On the third day, He rose again, conquering death, hell, and the grave once and for all. Right now, He is seated at the right hand of the Father, interceding for us. But soon—and very soon—He will return as the conquering King. Jesus is coming again in glory to rule and reign over every nation, every tongue, and every tribe. His kingdom will have no end. Every knee will bow, and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord!

Holy SpiritHoly Spirit

The Holy Spirit is the third person in the Holy Trinity who came to continue the work of Jesus on earth. He was sent from the Father to live in the hearts of those who are born-again believers, empowering them to live as witnesses and equipping them to do the natural and supernatural works of God on the earth. He offers comfort, guidance, and wisdom to all who ask. The Holy Spirit is continually pointing us to Jesus.

SalvationSalvation

When we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, we don’t just get a fresh start—we become a brand-new creation. That’s what it means to be born again. Salvation is not about religion—it’s about a supernatural rebirth. In that moment, the blood of Jesus washes us clean, our sins are forgiven, and we are made right with God. We are saved by grace through faith, not by our works, but by His finished work on the cross. Heaven becomes our home, and the Holy Spirit begins to dwell within us. That’s the power of salvation—it changes everything. There is only one way, one road to salvation—it’s through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. If we were to define salvation, we might say that it is the act of deliverance, by the grace of God, from eternal punishment for sin. This salvation is given to those who accept, by faith, God’s conditions of repentance and belief in the Lord Jesus Christ (see John 3:16-17; Romans 5:10; Ephesians 2:5, 8; Acts 4:12; Romans 1:16; Romans 10:9, 10, 13; John 14:6).

Sin (1 John 1:8-10)Sin (1 John 1:8-10)

What is sin? Sin is anything—action, thought, or omission—that goes against God’s will, violates His law, or separates us from His presence. It’s not just “doing bad things”—it’s falling short of God’s perfect standard. “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23, NIV). Romans 5:12 tells us that through Adam, sin entered the world, and so death passes on to all men, because “the wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23, NKJV). Adam and Eve ate from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, and in that moment, everything changed. Because of their disobedience and rebellion, sin entered the world, and we’ve been dealing with its consequences ever since.

But here’s the game-changer: Jesus Christ came to overcome sin and fulfill the Law. Through His life, death, and resurrection, He provided a way for us to break free from the bondage of sin and live in the fullness of God’s grace. Jesus didn’t just manage sin; He obliterated its power over us, offering redemption and a new life.

The TrinityThe Trinity

God is one, yet He exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The Bible says, “For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word (Jesus), and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one” (1 John 5:7, NKJV). The Trinity shows us God’s relational nature.
The Father, the source of all creation, reveals His heart through the Son and empowers us by the Holy Spirit. Each person of the Trinity works together perfectly, showing us the fullness of God’s love and power. Jesus, the Son, is the exact representation of the Father, helping us see the Father’s heart clearly (Hebrews 1:3, NKJV). The Holy Spirit, our Comforter, guides us into all truth and empowers us to live out our divine calling (John 16:13, NKJV).

The ScripturesThe Scriptures

We believe the Bible, both the Old and New Testaments, is divinely inspired by God, His revelation of Himself to man, written by human hands. We believe that in it are the principles by which we are to live. The Bible is one powerful, cohesive story of God’s love and redemption for humanity, a testament to God’s incredible plan and His desire to work with and through us.

God's GoodnessGod's Goodness

We believe that God is good—all the time. His goodness is not just what He does; it’s who He is. The life of Jesus reveals the heart of the Father—healing the sick, raising the dead, and bringing hope to the hopeless. Every miracle was a glimpse of God’s compassion and character. We can trust His goodness in every season, because He is a good, good Father, and His mercy never fails.

BaptismBaptism

We believe that water baptism is not just a ritual—it’s a divine declaration. It is an outward act of an inward transformation, identifying us with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. When we go down into the water, the old is buried; when we rise, we walk in newness of life. Baptism is a step of obedience, a spiritual breakthrough, and a public announcement that we belong to Jesus—and we’re not turning back.

WorshipWorship

We believe that worship isn’t just about singing songs. It’s about living a life wholly devoted to God, acknowledging Him as the source of our strength, wisdom, and purpose. When we abide in His presence through worship, we align ourselves with His will and power, enabling us to bear fruit that glorifies God and impacts the world

PrayerPrayer

We believe that prayer is our divine lifeline—a sacred conversation with God that aligns us with His will and releases His power in our lives. It’s more than words; it’s where heaven touches earth, hearts are healed, and destinies are shaped. Through prayer, we don’t just seek God’s hand—we pursue His heart.

CommunionCommunion

We believe that taking communion is a sacred act of remembering the incomparable love of God, demonstrated through Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection. It is a holy moment of reflection and gratitude, where we honor the body that was broken and the blood that was shed for our redemption. As we partake, we proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes again—and we receive, by faith, the healing, forgiveness, and victory that He purchased for us on the cross.

Spiritual WarfareSpiritual Warfare

We believe that spiritual warfare is real, and every believer is called to stand in victory through the authority of Jesus Christ. We don’t fight for victory—we fight from victory. “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds” (2 Corinthians 10:4, NKJV). Spiritual warfare is how we silence the enemy and enforce the will of God on earth as it is in heaven.

The KingdomThe Kingdom

We believe in the sovereign rule, reign, and authority of God in the life of every believer. The kingdom of God is not only a future destination—it’s also a present reality. It lives within us and is released through us as we walk in obedience to Christ. Wherever His will is done, His kingdom is manifested—bringing healing, deliverance, justice, and divine order. We are kingdom carriers, called to advance His rule on earth as it is in heaven.

“For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit” (Romans 14:17, NKJV).

Jonathan Cain

Jonathan Cain is an accomplished musician and one of the great lyricists of our generation. Best known as the keyboardist of the world-renowned band, Journey, Jon is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and has graced the world’s most prestigious stages for more than 40 years. He’s written or co-written such classic hits as Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believing,’” “Open Arms” and “Faithfully.”

While touring with Journey, Jon has written and recorded six solo albums and counting. The fuel behind his creativity is his faith and it permeates all his music. While “Journey” has brought him fame, these days it is sitting behind a piano writing worship songs or ushering people into God’s presence that brings him joy and satisfies his soul.
