Have you come to trust in Christ personally, or are you still at the point of intellectual knowledge and
emotional approval of the facts of salvation without having personally put your trust in Christ? Is it
enough just to know that God and His Law are holy? No, of course not – we need to understand how
those facts relate to ourselves and our own standing with Him. We need to know that we are guilty of
breaking His Law to truly begin to understand our great and desperate need for Him, and the glory He has
for us in Him. As you reflect on the scriptures above, write down what God has put in your heart.
